What does a Campaign (or Project) Manager actually do?
As a Campaign Manager (or Project Manager), I will “own” the project. Usually I will be the person in charge of planning, budgets, timelines and making sure everyone involved is doing what they need to do, when they need to do it. I will make sure everyone stays on track, motivated and delivering their best work.
It does mean you will need a team (or freelancers, or agencies) to implement each part of the work or campaign such as web design, graphic design, social media etc. If you don’t have one yet, or are unhappy with your current one, I can help you source the right team as part of the project.
